@TeslaXplored I don't understand the value of Tesla in a merger like this at all. The energy tech (batteries)? The cars obviously has nothing to do with AI satellites.

Guys, $TSLA is going back to $113 the price it hit back in 2022. The company isn’t launching Robotaxi fast enough. They aren’t building Optimus robots this year. FSD subscriptions are only growing at 55% YoY. They are just a car company. The semi isn’t even being produced yet. The supercharger network isn’t expanding fast enough. The vehicle business isn’t growing whatsoever. The Cybercab still has steering wheels and pedals and won’t be running in the Robotaxi fleet anytime soon. The energy business is losing steam and has declining margins. The company is now spending more on CapEx than they earn in profits. They aren’t building their infrastructure fast enough and competition is fierce. Elon sounded unenthusiastic on the earnings calls and that means he doesn’t care. THIS IS WHAT THE TESLA BEARS ARE SAYING.

#Tesla is a great company, but does it deserve a P/E of 286? That kind of P/E is usually reserved for rapidly growing small companies, not for a company that’s already worth more than a trillion dollars.

The pain is temporary. $TSLA has a fantastic opportunity over the long term. They are building their future as we speak. Their moat is excellent.
