Alex Jeffrey Pretti pushed the ICE officer (assault on a law-enforcement officer, obstruction); was pepper sprayed; resisted arrest; Pretti was armed, reached for his gun, seems to have grabbed his gun out of his holster; an ICE officer grabs his gun; gun goes off (whether by accidental discharge or not); Pretti is shot, predictably. Pretti was there to obstruct law-enforcement. He arrived at the riot armed with a scoped semi-auto 9mm. Had upwards of 50 rounds of ammo, no ID, had scrubbed his social media posts before arriving. He was there to go down in a blaze of glory.

That's not the point here. I am not sure why you guys deflect so much. Alex Pretti had the right to carry. What he doesn't have the right to do is go to a coordinated protest against federal law enforcement and agitate and assault ICE agents while resisting arrest. That's the problem. I literally had this exact thought earlier today. If he exposed any real fraud, the doj would’ve came down like a hailstorm of missiles with federal indictments.
