This message was sent by a Khalistan supporter to one of my young Māori men just a few weeks ago: “If the English can steal land from Māori, why not Indians?” They’re not whispering anymore. They’re saying it out loud. New Zealand today is a bicultural nation, founded on a formal partnership between Māori and Europeans… not an open invitation for others to replay the sins of history under a new banner. This is how colonisation happens today: 🔹 Refusing to fit in, while demanding New Zealand change for them 🔹 Bringing overseas conflicts and politics onto our streets (ie. Khalistan) 🔹 Buying up Kiwi land and businesses with no loyalty to this country 🔹 Pushing their culture publicly instead of respecting Kiwi ways 🔹 Acting like New Zealand is theirs to replace, not a country to join 🔹 Using past grievances to excuse entitlement and takeover talk 🔹 Ignoring our laws and values by forming parallel communities 🔹 Openly boasting about “reverse colonisation” …not hiding it Māori didn’t fight colonisation just to be told it’s now someone else’s turn. And NZ Europeans who have stayed, contributed, and sought to make things right should not be told their efforts mean nothing. New Zealand is not a prize, not a conquest, not a social experiment. No migrants have a right to come in and try to take over this nation. 👉 Immigration without assimilation becomes invasion. 👉 Multiculturalism is a failed social experiment. 👉 Colonisation…old or new…is still colonisation.
