Ok this crossed a threshold for me. This is legit. I always said this was coming but this is still extremely strange to witness something so profound happening. The upside is that we're about to see a lot more projects from many new creators across the world. Exciting times.

For anyone wondering what the illustration is meant to be depicting - it is not about two woman but solely about the woman on the right. She is feeling her biological clock ticking and feels the allure of starting a family. This is why the mother has that facial expression. She is Mother Nature enticing the businesswoman with the thought of having a child but the businesswoman clings to her briefcase(career) that she doesn't want to give up. But you can tell in her face that she is torn. So the illustration isn't about either woman or their choices being better but about that time in a woman's life where she has to make a decision.

People were fighting over this on Reddit today. But what a great image. This is just what happens when you’re out in public with babies in my experience. Many women are intrigued and charmed

£26436.80 is the new min wage annual salary (40 hrs p/wk). And as the min wage rises, regular salaries don't. So many people will begin to ask themselves 'why am I working this highly stressful job that needed qualifications and a tonne of bullshit paperwork and police checks just to earn 5k more a year than I would stacking shelves at Lidl?'
