An EF-1 tornado occurred near St Croix Falls WI on June 18 from 913-920 pm. Several homes/farms were damaged; hundreds of trees were broken or uprooted. Max winds estimated at 90 mph. Path length 5.0 miles. The tornado was preceded by downburst damage SW of Dresser. #wiwx

@JoshLipnik This is beautiful. Not sure of the exact vantage point of the artist, but I spent a decade working at the Guthrie Theater which would now occupy at least some of this scene. In 1993 that area was a post-industrial wasteland. Now it's all condos. And a large blue theater complex.
