i don’t know if this is an unpopular opinion but i really miss required pokemon battles to unlock areas which i know wouldn’t really work with the open world, but there’s something satisfying about having to beat all the trainers to make it though a route to me

@offthem00n SERIOUSLYYYY. and like there's nothing inherently wrong with button mashing thru the story (I GUESS SMH) but the concept of skipping dialogue/plot then saying so confidently that there was no dialogue/plot. so loud and so wrong... for what reason...

remembered when someone replied to my tweet abt wanting an episode of a generations-like series to be about the sunmoon postgame, implying that the sunmoon postgame didn't have a plot. easiest way to tell someone mashed A through dialogue ever
