Waiting in line to get into the courtroom. Around 50 people in line. Courtroom holds around 130 people total. Victims will have reserved seating, everything else open to public on first come, first served basis.

@NateNewsNow How is a clerical error in the "indictment" not noticed before now? Shouldn't that have been quadruple-checked prior to ever indicting? (As I quietly double-check my own grammar for this post)

Before jurors are brought in, Blake says there is a clerical error in the indictment. She would like to get it corrected and submit an amended indictment to the court. The defense and Boyce are not aware of the error.

@Julie0146185152 @NateNewsNow They are driving home the point that they were all in it together. It is the conspiracy piece. Multiple experts saying the same things. It shows the desire to not be with their current spouses, but with each other at any cost.

Day 25 of the Lori Vallow Daybell trial is about to begin. Retired FBI Agent Doug Hart was on the stand all day yesterday explaining what he found on Lori’s iCloud accounts. Today we are expected to hear from Idaho Attorney General Investigator Nicholas Edwards.

It's day 23 of Lori Vallow Daybell's murder trial. The prosecution had planned to have former FBI Special Agent Doug Hart on the stand today with a 160-page summary presentation of the case but defense attorneys objected to the exhibit.

@NateNewsNow Oh boy, the defense is setting up to show Lori as the poor, manipulated victim of Chad.

Archibald asks if Audrey thought it was pretty cool because she had been married to Jesus. She says yes. "So you thought if Chad Daybell is telling me about my past, he can probably predict the future too?"

It's day 21 of Lori Vallow Daybell's trial and we are back in the courtroom. We ended yesterday with the defense playing a podcast Lori recorded with Melanie Gibb and others in 2018.

@NateNewsNow Three years ago today Lori had a court appearance. I was glued to my phone watching it in the midst of being homebound during covid. What a long three years it has been.
