hi, i'm new to #fstwt and looking for mutuals! - current fav skaters: alysa, ami, chock/bates (but i like many others) - current fav programs: alysa's free, yuma's short, chock/bates' free, misha's gala - jumping on the olympics bandwagon but excited to watch more figure skating!

this makes me laugh bc for me i feel like i’ve been so sheltered from that 😭 completely surrounded myself with both new fans and veteran fans who primarily follow women’s skating so i mostly see the tl talking about the women over the men. which is how i like it 🫡

while we are here, funniest outcome of the olympics was instead of the normal influx of mainly women’s skating fans, new fans are mainly men-centric???? so bizzare to me

okay like this us the bs im talking about he has great textbook jumps that deserve high goes, no one is arguing that but how in the world is he getting these goes on step sequences that are visibly slower and poorly done than basically every other medal contender
