@oh_2312 I think a big issue that a lot of subcultures/alt communities have now that it’s more exposed to the mainstream is that people just aren’t stylish and they can’t make do with what they have they just want to wear the exact same thing as magazine clippings

@Alienandinhe My point is that people act like “gyaru clothes” are an elusive rarity that can only be found in Japan for £1000 when in reality something as simple as white jeans and a yellow tshirt work for gal. They just want an outfit full of trendy items but it’s not necessary or common

@oh_2312 Not saying that this isint gyaru, but have you considered that this is not the type of clothes these people want? Like, if i want an animal print shirt and i see a gal with an plain yellow shirt, doesnt change the fact that I want an animal print shirt
