TST事件で何が起きたか まず「TWAP決済」の何が特殊なのか 普通、ポジションを閉じる方法は2つ: 通常の決済:板にぶつけて売る → 板が薄いとスリッページで損 TWAP決済:1時間の平均価格で決済 → 板の厚さに関係なく、オラクル価格で決まる ここで言うTWAP(Time Weighted Average Price)は、1時間の時間加重平均価格。つまり1時間の間の価格を均した数字で決済される。 なぜこれが大口に有利かというと: 通常の出口(=板にぶつける): $3.0で売りたい大口の1億ドル → 板に$3.0の買い注文が$10万しかない → 売り進めるたびに価格が下がる → 最終的に平均$2.3で約定(23%スリッページ) → 損失2,300万ドル TWAP決済(デリスト時): 直近1時間の平均価格が$2.95 → 全ポジション$2.95で一括決済 → スリッページゼロ → 板の薄さは関係ない 「板で殴り合うか、平均価格でスッと抜けるか」の違い。これが核心。 TST事件で何が起きたか これを利用したと推定されるのがTST事件。整理すると: 前提条件の重なり: ・BinanceがTST総供給量の約72%保有 = 現物が市場にほぼ無い ・Hyperliquid上で約1.33億TST、$300万、3倍レバの大型ロング ・板は薄い、供給は偏る、ポジションは大きい ・普通なら詰む状況:大口が利確したくても、板薄+供給偏在で売れない。売ろうとした瞬間に価格暴落して、利益が消える。 ところがデリスト投票が発生: ・価格が急騰(板薄いので少額で動く) ・デリスト投票で「上場廃止」が決定 ・デリスト時にTWAP決済発動 大口は1時間平均価格でスリッページなしで全部利確 つまり、「売るに売れないポジションを、デリストという出口で抜けた」疑惑がある、という話。 なぜ「歪み」と呼ばれるのか 普通のマーケットなら: ポジションでかい → 売ると暴落 → 利確しづらい → 慎重になる これが価格の歪みを抑制するブレーキ。市場の自浄作用。 ところがHyperliquidのTWAP決済は、このブレーキを外す可能性がある: ポジションでかい → デリストすればTWAPで抜けられる → 暴騰させる動機が生まれる ブレーキが外れた状態で、特定の条件(板薄・供給集中・大口ロング・デリスト)が揃うと、価格が異常に上に飛ぶ現象が起きうる。これが「歪み」。 ・HL Perpに上場 TWAP決済の対象になる前提 ・現物の流動性が薄い 板にぶつけて売れない=デリスト出口の動機 ・特定取引所に供給集中 価格を動かしやすい(押し目買い側に競合がいない) ・新規大口USDC流入 仕掛け側の入金シグナル ・OI急増 ポジション構築の進行 ・Funding Rate異常高 ロング偏重=売り板薄+買いポジ集中 ・クジラの大型ロング集中 主犯候補の検出 ・スポット/Perp価格歪み 仕掛け進行中のシグナル これら全部が「板で抜けないけどTWAPなら抜けられる」状況の構成要素。 特にFunding Rate +50%超は決定的シグナル。 これは「ロングしたい人が多すぎてプレミアム払ってる」状態で、つまりポジションが片側に極端に偏っているということ。健全な市場では発生しない数字。 ただし 1. 再現性は限定的 TSTは条件が綺麗に揃ったレアケース。知識を蓄える程度の話であって、「すぐ儲かる戦略」ではない。 2. 売り抜けに乗るか、避けるか 乗る側:大口の利確TWAP決済の前に、上昇に乗ってロング → 危険。タイミングを外すと大口の出口の餌食になる 避ける側:条件揃った銘柄は触らない、または既存ロングは早めに利確 → 安全 避ける側で使うのが現実的。「乗ろうとしたら出口で踏まれた」があるある。 3. デリスト基準は変わる可能性 今後TWAP計算窓を伸ばす、デリスト投票プロセスを変えるなどのルール変更は当然あり得る。 4. 法務観点 米国SECやCFTCが見たら市場操作の議論になりうる構造。ハイリキ自体は分散型だけど、参加者が組織的にやれば「協調的相場操縦」の問題が立ち上がる。観察対象としてはOKだが、自分で仕掛け側に回るのは避けるべき領域。 まとめ: まぁ結局パンピーが取れるエッジじゃねぇわ

Kết quả: Bán càng mạnh → giá càng dump → HLP bán lỗ → bad debt (lỗ thực) cho vault. ➜ Lỗ này ảnh hưởng đến tất cả người cung cấp liquidity cho HLP (những người earn yield từ vault). Ví dụ thực tế từ trước: Vụ $JELLY và $POPCAT: Whale manipulate → liquidation cascade → HLP lỗ $4M ~ $5M chỉ trong vài giờ. ➜ HL đôi khi phải can thiệp manual (đóng position thay) để hạn chế lỗ. Giá sụp mạnh từ forced selling = HLP ăn lỗ + uy tín sàn giảm + yield của LP giảm. Đây chính là kịch bản HL muốn tránh bằng cách vote delist. This is an email I sent earlier today to all employees at Coinbase: Team, Today I’ve made the difficult decision to reduce the size of Coinbase by ~14%. I want to walk you through why we're doing this now, what it means for those affected, and how this positions us for the future. Why now Two forces are converging at the same time. We need to be front footed to respond to both. First, the market. Coinbase is well-capitalized, has diversified revenue streams, and is well-positioned to weather any storm. Crypto is also on the verge of the next wave of adoption, with stablecoins, prediction markets, tokenization, and more taking off. However, our business is still volatile from quarter to quarter. While we've managed through that cyclicality many times before and come out stronger on the other side, we’re currently in a down market and need to adjust our cost structure now so that we emerge from this period leaner, faster, and more efficient for our next phase of growth. Second, AI is changing how we work. Over the past year, I’ve watched engineers use AI to ship in days what used to take a team weeks. Non-technical teams are now shipping production code and many of our workflows are being automated. The pace of what's possible with a small, focused team has changed dramatically, and it's accelerating every day. All of this has led us to an inflection point, not just for Coinbase, but for every company. The biggest risk now is not taking action. We are adjusting early and deliberately to rebuild Coinbase to be lean, fast, and AI-native. We need to return to the speed and focus of our startup founding, with AI at our core. What this means To get there, we are not just reducing headcount and cutting costs, we’re fundamentally changing how we operate: rebuilding Coinbase as an intelligence, with humans around the edge aligning it. What does this mean in practice? - Fewer layers, faster decisions: We are flattening our org structure to 5 layers max below CEO/COO. Layers slow things down and create coordination tax. The future is small, high context teams that can move quickly. Leaders will own much more, with as many as 15+ direct reports. Fewer layers also means a leaner cost structure that is built to perform through all market cycles. - No pure managers: Every leader at Coinbase must also be a strong and active individual contributor. Managers should be like player-coaches, getting their hands dirty alongside their teams. - AI-native pods: We’ll be concentrating around AI-native talent who can manage fleets of agents to drive outsized impact. We’ll also be experimenting with reduced pod sizes, including “one person teams” with engineers, designers, and product managers all in one role. In short: AI is bringing a profound shift in how companies operate, and we’re reshaping Coinbase to lead in this new era. This is a new way of working, and we need to leverage AI across every facet of our jobs. To those who are affected I know there are real people behind these decisions — talented colleagues who have poured themselves into this company and our mission. To those of you who will be leaving: thank you. You’ve helped build Coinbase into what it is today, and I am sincerely grateful for everything you've done. All impacted team members will receive an email to their personal account in the next hour with more information, and an invitation to meet with an HRBP and a senior leader in your organization. Coinbase system access has been removed today. I know this feels sudden and harsh, but it is the only responsible choice given our duty to protect customer information. To those affected, we will be providing a comprehensive package to support you through this transition. US employees will receive a minimum of 16 weeks base pay (plus 2 weeks per year worked), their next equity vest, and 6 months of COBRA. Employees on a work visa will get extra transition support. Those outside of the US will receive similar support, based on local factors and subject to any consultation requirements. Coinbase prides itself on talent density. Our employees are among the most talented people in the world, and I have no doubt that your skills and experience will be highly sought after as you pursue your next chapters. How we move forward To the team that is staying, I know this is a difficult day. We’re saying goodbye to colleagues and friends you've been in the trenches with. But here’s what I want you to know as we move forward together: Over the past 13 years, we have weathered four crypto winters, gone public, and built the most trusted platform in our industry. We’ve made it this far by making hard decisions and by always staying focused on our mission. This time will be no different – nothing has changed about the long term outlook of our company or industry. And most importantly, our mission has never been more important for the world. 昨日ポンジ感の正体について話した直後に次のニュース来た。 Saylorが「BTC売って配当払う可能性」と。 =フライホイール逆回転の可能性。 年配当$1.5B÷BTC$80k≒18,750 BTC/年(保有の2.3%)。即崩壊ではないが、「絶対売らない」が崩れたのは事実。 Polymarket 48%は今は41%。これは年内に売る予測の話なので、売る方向性はほぼ確定ですか。
