@the_purple_croc Zhongli is an Archon while Neuvi is a Sovereign. Sovereigns were overthrown by Archons 'unjustly', so Neuvi by default does not like Archons. Zhongli avoids him ingame. Also personal hc but both are dragons and I see them being territorial/aggressive to other foreign dragons.
