@AskRockStars @SpotifyCares Clearly Spotify does not Care. They have been extremely unhelpful during this situation and have lost a customer over it. I NEED to cancel my account which has been getting overcharged and I am locked out of. Horrible customer service team rockstars and Spotify have done nothing.
