いやー… よく中銀カプセルタワービルの元ネタって，「タカラビューティリオン」とお祭り広場の「住宅カプセル」どっちなんスか？って聞かれるんだけど… 今回，滅多に出てこない住宅カプセルのコンセプトや図面がけっこう展示されてるので自分の目で確かめてきて〜．

Some 1F and exterior progress on my Nakagin Capsule Tower project. Basic textures, as this model is all about shape and dimension - pretty stuff will come later. As usual, some parts are speculative, as photos of some parts of the building from 1972 are scarce. I keep finding details I never noticed before. #nakagincapsuletower #中銀カプセルタワービル

@Lunayian Yes, I've had this a few times. Avatar stood in a T pose even when I am sitting, mirror shows the back of the avatar. Sometimes cured by a restart, sometimes not.

Has anyone else had their avatar spawn outside of their first person viewpoint in Immersive Home/ Loft? The hand models also look different and the eye gaze seems to be off. Not sure if they pushed a broken update to avatar rendering or what.

キャリー乗りはトナラーが多い説が浮上しました． 1番奥はハイゼットです．

There was no power socket in that location, though in later years people installed sockets all over the place. Type A/B had a socket on the wall panel above the fridge just next to the desk. Type C/D had one above the fridge near the capsule entrance door. Type C/D also had the mini socket next to the flip clock. All types had a socket low down on the outside of the short bathroom wall nearest the window. The slot in the cupboard door to clear the window handle was not part of the design, but was a fit adjustment seen in a few capsules. Not sure on the access panel, but I think it was longer than that and extended under the drain pipes. There were smaller pipes (hot and cold water, coolant flow and return, condense drain) not shown on your model which attached under that access panel, with hand operated isolation valves. The point where you suggest a cut-off is about where the rigid pipes on the capsule connected to the flexible pipes from the building services. Doors are approximately 1967 by 785. Panel gaps nominally 10mm wide, filled with sealant to just below the surface.

Before putting the project on hold, these are the main design issues and questions I have. My biggest concern is the door, its proportions are limited by the bathroom module and the wall thickness @sidefx @BambulabGlobal @Elegoo_Official #中銀カプセルタワービル

A bit more 1F and 2F progress on my Nakagin Capsule Tower project. A fair bit of speculation and "educated guessing" needed as there are precious few photographs! I have learned that there were five colours of Eero Aarnio Pastil chairs in 1972, but have no idea which colours were actually used. The tables look quite like a 1958 Axel Thygesen design but aren't. There are potted monstera, dracaena and either a big yucca or small date palm about the place. Having fun with it! #nakagincapsuletower #中銀カプセルタワービル
