@oikorie I eat like 6 cans of tuna per week and 3 cans of salmon but you shouldnt eat that much because of the mercury poisoning I believe

Why don't gymbros just eat tinned fish? A tin of mackerel is like 215kcal + 30g protein and rich in omega-3s and B12 with minimal processing

@witmaxxer I find a tin of fish more filling than, say, a protein bar with a similar nutritional profile, but I suppose I’m not a very big person lol

@oikorie not as filling i assume, i know tons who eat tuna in specific but a lot of the time you need huge amounts of it
