@ICICILombard worst customer experience. Am trying to renew a health policy it is thrown an error, been follow up with agents multiple times no action. Is this case for renewal what would be the case of claim submission. Am an icici account holder, very frustrating

@zomatocare My registered contact no is 9900399239. It would take almost 1 hr time with support team without any proper resolution. Simply closed the chat. Finally delivery partner closes order status as delivered without even delivering the order.. Again spend time with ur support team

@HarleyIndia @HeroMotoCorp Seems like if RSA is not enabled, vehicle is in street evethough issue with vehicle manufacturing. Sensors are not working as expected customer need to be like Street dog even though Harley name in the vehicle crazy experience

@HarleyIndia @HeroMotoCorp unless and untill there is no proper support to customer how you guys can do the business , no proper customer care service , how confidently i can drive for a long somehting goes wrong and i need to tweet to get some response . vehicle can break down in public holidays too
