Court has denied bail to Mary Gorreti Kitutu after failing to present substantial sureties. One of the sureties was her husband George Kitutu who did not show any proof of financial capacity to stand surety in such a case.

Totally unacceptable and just ridiculous! This discriminatory directive shd be withdrawn immediately. Shame!
