@zackderose I’m so sorry to hear this. It is in my calendar what a great idea. Praying for strength and courage for you and your family. Praying you can run towards the roar.

Our family has lost our baby duckling. Sadie was taken to radiology earlier today and they confirmed our fears - that there was no longer any blood flow to her brain. We spent the afternoon saying our goodbyes, including singing Sadie's favorite song, Baby Shark as a family, with her brother and sisters, mom and dad, and all her grandparents singing along. (This was her sister, Claire's idea) Tomorrow the doctors will stop her heart, and bring her for organ donation. I'm planning to bring my baby home - by which I mean I will be asking the doctors to hold Sadie's hand until her little heart stops beating. It's a terrible thing for a father to lose a child. I saw this in my grandfather before me - my uncle died when I was about Sadie's age. But I'm determined to be strong for my other 4 children, who all still need me. Thank you to EVERYONE sending me prayers and messages, and please keep them coming. I'll do my best to respond to as many as I can in the coming days. Everyone has been so kind to us, and to anyone asking how they can help, I would love for this day, February 19, to be a day that everyone takes the time to love their near and dear ones, for Sadie's sake: Sadie's Day. If y'all could make that her legacy, I'd be forever grateful. Goodbye my Sadie. I promise, when my time in this world is done, I promise I will come find you.

my family suffered a house fire last night. I'm in the burn center today with my youngest. Please, please, go hug your children, dogs, and loved ones today for me.

It's more expensive to hire and train a new employee than it is to retain an existing employee by adjusting their pay. Give them that raise.

@AlexOkrushko Would love to hear more on your feature flagging strategy. We are just starting the research on how we will implement feature flags.

Did anyone run into a similar problem? Rebuilding the universe when a single value is added is not an option. Maybe force rebuild this lib all the time? (can it be marked as non-cachable?) Any other thoughts? 3/3

Hey folks. @NxDevTools question. We have a lib that only contains a large enum that's used in most of other libs (e.g. Feature Flags names). Now, we obviously do not want to rebuild everything when a new value is added there (dep-graph is huge), so it's added to .nxignore 1/3

Ha! I feel vindicated for all the times I’ve been asked at my large company “why are we using angular instead of react?” Because we are building large complicated web applications…. #can-i-use-react-without-a-framework" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">react.dev/learn/start-a-…

As the "Lead" developer on the project, it seems that my role often devolves into being the "bad guy" who says, "we can't do that" or "that's going to take a lot more time." The rest of the team gets to stay quiet and let me take the heat.
