@Joshy753 Specific number from Andrew DiStefano on youtube, good stats guy, but also i distinctly remember a few of them myself (he started the game by solo killing bb's kled, later killed karma in 1v2). i agree that he did badly that series but 5 solo kills show that he tried real hard

@ggberv @newtoncactus This is an extremely funny take because in the world finals game 5 t1 literally chose to put all resources onto him in the laning phase and he didn't flinch there. (He tweaked later but that's irrelevant for the argument lol)

As much as I love how incredible Doran is as a weak-side player, I hope he’ll allow himself to be a little more selfish sometimes. The amount of hate he gets genuinely hurts to see. I can’t even imagine how he feels when he’s constantly the one receiving the most criticism. haa

i will say this is possibly the most hes complimented guma throughout this (even tho it's done implicitly) n what's sad abt it is it is still indirectly placing blame on him for not being able to get lane prio in G3... it's also kinda placing the blame for G1 n G2 on smash too...

Q: Reason for subbing Gumayusi in for the 3rd set? A: [...] During the 1st and 2nd sets, we weren't able to get lane prio at opportune times as we desired. As we considered that to be something that was lacking (in the previous sets), we subbed Gumayusi in. (full trans in pic)

i've accepted the 6-man roster, i've accepted that there's a possibility that guma won't be starting even in the regular szn, but i will not accept a situation where guma is benched w/o equal opportunities bc that is NOT a 6-man roster. it's just a 5-man roster cosplaying as one.

my initial thoughts remain the same: whatever benefits a six-man roster might have for player development, none of those can come to fruition if one of them isnt even put in scrims as it communicates to the player that he's not even being strongly considered by the coaching staff

@Zhenhuai1 @okeynoi Um, I don't think you got what they said? They're saying if T1 continues with Smash, they might just treat him the same way they've treated Gumayusi and sideline him in a similar manner. Also please don't insult Smash. It's not helpful to either of the players. :/

if i had a nickel for every time, a player in t1 who changed from a carry type player into a supportive type player to match the rest of the team became the favorite scapegoat for their losses, i would have two nickels which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened twice
