📉The cost of the SWC news isn’t financial—it’s the health of the games.
Prioritizing Sponsored players over actual Top players for KOFXV and SamSho is a massive disconnect from the Communities who built a foundation for this tour. A $4.2M circuit means nothing if the games aren't supported and the qualifying process is "pay-to-play."
🚩 Major Disconnect & Massive Disappointment:
Resources vs. Support: KOFXV & SAMSHO need dedicated dev teams for fixing lobbies, ongoing DLC & subsequent balancing, with some QoL, not mid-circuit additions of KOF98/AoF3.
Skill vs. Sponsorship: Forcing a professional travel model on SamSho and KOFXV excludes the very communities that built them.
Phony Competition: Determining a "Top 8" based on travel budget rather than skill destroys the integrity of the tour.
🛑Stop pleasing people who don't play the game and start listening to the community that makes this tour possible.
There are better solutions SNK. Please reconsider.
