Ilebaye’s dad is now sharing his side of the story 💔 - According to Ilebaye’s father, he revealed that when Ilebaye auditioned for the Big Brother Naija house, he supported her and when she went into the house the second time, himself and his friend supported her as she was up for eviction every week. - He revealed that after she won the Big Brother Naija All Stars season, she grew distant and refused to reach out to him. - He said he called her countless times and has been trying to see her more than 6 times so himself and Ilebaye can go to the people who supported her and appreciate them. - He also asked Ilebaye to take some of the money she got and help the less privileged, but Ilebaye refused to listen to him. - He said the hotel Ilebaye has been posting online as her own belongs to him and he has been really angry about the type of lifestyle she’s living. He feels she’s going on a self-destructive path. - He condemned Ilebaye for doing face reconstruction with fillers and getting a BBL. He expressed his disappointment, saying she’s too young for that. - He said there were times she would have misunderstandings with her mom and he would be the one trying to make peace between them, but Ilebaye never regarded him as a father. - He revealed that when he scolded her, instead of being scared or showing remorse, Ilebaye would charge towards him and hit him. - He accused her of hitting him twice without him saying anything because he loved her so much and she means a lot to him because she’s his favorite child. - He addressed the viral video, saying he hit her out of provocation to scold her because she was disrespectful to him and wouldn’t regard him with respect. - He said Ilebaye has not been nice to him financially, as he revealed that he’s battling high blood pressure. He had a medical check-up in Dubai and called Ilebaye to please help him with some funds, promising to refund her when he returned. - Ilebaye told him she didn’t have money, but to his surprise, he saw her video circulating online where she was spraying bundles of naira at Cross wedding. - He also addressed the mother situation, saying she’s always running away from the house and sometimes it would take her 8 months to come back, and that would only happen after the intervention of pastors. - He said he discussed his displeasure with Ilebaye and Ilebaye supported him in divorcing her mother, only for him to divorce her and Ilebaye to fight him over it. - He pleaded with Nigerians to forgive him and Ilebaye as they would like to resolve the family issues offline.
