🍎 It’s that time again, collecting more yappers because sometimes it sounds like a library in there. He/him, 25+, currently surviving the post-quarter-life crisis era and starting to side-eye the number 30. Into jazz, movies, series. If you wanna know more, leave a trace.

@oldyellowbridge Right? Things tend to lose weight when you’ve carried heavier ones.

@caIathea Aaah. No wonder why it sounds familiar to me, I stopped reading midway through it as well when the movie was released. Are you following the movies, too?

@caIathea Got me on “Whether any act of mine can find it, that remains tangled in thr future.” Did you finish this book eventually? Cause I feel like I have read it somehow. Despite I had a hard time to recall.

@foobest I’m sorry for liking this to remark the author and title. Well, can’t blame it, I’ve always found a simple and less-than-100 pages of book kicking my guts better than the long one. Or.. I am a mere feeler.

@foobest Hello, Ami. The quote cuts deeper than the knife, to know that the bitter truth of life is all about losing and griefing. May I know the book and the author?
@foobest

@muncorner here is, my favorite one from my latest read: “The worst thing is, you never know when somebody’s going to just disappear.”

@portlairges Good eve, Ellie. This one is far the most comforting to read– especially the small details. Do you perhaps someone that also paid attention to small details and romanticize little things in life, too?

@yearnedloves Good eve, Annie. As much as I read your handle and the thing you quoted so.. which chapter of life had possibly drowned us in and turned us into a yearner? Hahaha.

@blessednettles Hello, M. It’s pleasure having you around and another reader of Monte Cristo. Do you perhaps read another masterpiece from him as well? Besides this one.

@soleilucent Hey, Daint! Forgive me for the tardiness. I can see the two points of this life already, “perjumpaan dan perpisahan” lumayan jarang baca buku Indonesia, ini bukunya siapa ya kalau boleh tau? Mau di masukin ke next reading list.

@jrnshi Good day, (I don’t what should I call you?) but it’s a pleasure to have you around! I rarely read books from Indonesian’s author. May I know whose book this one was written from?

@Clemeantines Ah.. the movie aged like a fine wine to me. Dead Poets Society, ain’t it? Regardless, nice to have another cinephile with a good list around here.
Isha.@Clemeantines

@muncorner Rewatched a movie a few days ago. Perhaps you can guess by the line, “But poetry, beauty, romance, love, these are what we stay alive for.”

@piecesoftumn Hello, Lani. I searched it up on the web as I speak, seems like a good plot to watch. A historical drama from South Korean always gets me. How would you rate it from 1-5? Is it really worth the watch?
Lani.@piecesoftumn

@muncorner Haven’t really finished any books that make me feel something but I watched The King’s Warden a few weeks ago and it was just. Devastatingly beautiful. Can’t recall one specific quotes either but the King Danjong’s death scene will forever haunt me.
