If anyone is looking for a home Warranty company that covers your appliances and such. Do not I repeat do not choose choice home warranty. I had garage door opener fail ( covered under the policy). Denied loss because they said it wasn’t the right opener for my door. I offered to send them specifications from the brand of opener I have and they said no we don’t need them, it doesn’t matter what that says. I’ve had to repair facilities out and both stated garage door opener is rated for my door. Choice said they don’t care
