I just finished Claude Code Workshop for my team, and it was one of those rare cases where something actually moved forward instead of just being discussed. In a couple of hours, we didn’t just talk. We built the foundation of a system: – started tracking reasons for lost deals – identified a recurring signal – outlined how to turn this into a product capability The best part was the moment it became obvious that we already have all the data, we’re just not using it.
