@oliverbuxton_ @BBC6Music None of those bands are unsigned and upcoming. When I mean unsigned and upcoming I mean bands that are new not bands that have been on the marlet since 2008 and managed to be signed to a major in their past. Even Big Joanie are already on the scene for 10 years.

Its a first #TShirtDay I dont take part in as independent bands never get played anyway. Please let me know if any one wore a tee of an young/unsigned/upcoming band on the circuit and they were played on @BBC6Music I really want to believe they would be

@cocamidemea @BBC6Music So you stopped taking part because indie, unsigned and upcoming artists are ‘missed’ yet when I highlight a show that plays said artists - that reinforces your point? Also, yeah you’re probably right - an awful show that attracts hundreds of thousands of listeners each week 🫣

@oliverbuxton_ @BBC6Music Thats not what I meant. I meant specifically artists that are indie unsigned and upcoming - those are completely missed on the day hence why I gave up taking part. You reinforced my point. Also that program is awful from looking at the chosen songs. 😭😔
