The February @OLOLCPrimary reading for pleasure display is ready. The theme is nature are there is a beautiful array of books on offer. 🌻💐🌹🌺🌳🌲

In @olol_year1 today we enjoyed the NSPCC assembly about Stay Safe Speak Out and we liked the lesson about naming the adults we would speak to.

Thank you so much to the parents and carers that came to the Art Exhibition for @olol_year1 this afternoon. It was such a fun event .

In @olol_year1 we had our first class liturgy of the year all about New Beginnings. We thought about what we would like to be better at this year. ✝️💜

A letter will be going out tomorrow @olol_year1 will need their full pe kits on Mondays and Fridays this term please. Plain blue or black jogging bottoms or leggings too.

@olol_year1 have made extra Christmas cards today and we are on a mission to spread love this Christmas by sending them out into the local community 💜💜

In @olol_year1 we loved it when @Year4OLOL came to tell us all about the toys they have made.

We went on a big adventure in forest school this week and we made some worry dolls from natural things too.

A baby was Baptised in @olol_year1 as part of RE learning this week. The children could remember so many signs and symbols.

@olol_year1 had such a good time in the snow ❄️❄️⛄️

'In Flanders Field the poppies blow...' @olol_year1 have learnt about Remembrance Day and how important it is to pray for those whose lives changed forever and to always pray for peace. ✝️ 🕊️

In @Year1OLOL today we talked about Anti-bullying week and how we can show RESPECT to others. We designed pairs of odd socks too. Remember to wear your odd socks for school tomorrow!!! 🧦🧦
