@olswmc We were a L1 side when Ripley was with us & he single handedly kept us up. It’s a position we can & should be looking to improve in. Cash in & use that cash to fund improvements.

@Mcgoo_84 Doesn’t matter at all re Ripley. We were on the way down when he was with us. There might be better, but not one available to a L2 side. Hudson has rightly won golden glove and will be key to any promotion push next year if he stays with us.

@olswmc I’m not talking about where Ripley is now, I’m talking about where he was when we signed him, to make the point there are plenty out there that are better. It’s the most important position on the pitch & no surprise the team with the best one in the league have gone up.

@olswmc A loan from the Prem / Championship, for a start. Get your scouting right and there are plenty out there, that won’t cost you a great deal. See Ripley & Iversen. Both miles ahead of Hudson at a much younger age. Also see Ciaran Slicker at Barnet.
