In layman term, SC said "Stop running up and down. The real fight is still at the trial court. Go back there and argue the substantive case.”
So the leadership issue is still alive. It has not been finally decided.

Supreme Court did not say David Mark led NWC should be recognized by INEC. 2: go back to the Federal High Court. 3: there is another judgement of FHC against David Mark gangs. 4: risky to contest under ADC.

BREAKING: This was what the Supreme Court did to the PDP
1. Nullified the Ibadan Convention by Makinde
2. Upholds the suspension of Samuel Anyanwu, thereby nullifying the Abuja Convention by WIke
It means that neither of the Convention is valid in the eye of the law and none can hold claim of PDP.

Politics isn't by gra gra. It's strategy. That's why the opposition under Bola Tinubu is failing and they are blaming Tinubu for it. Those in opposition are not politicians or strategic thinkers, they are just fortunate to be a politician.

@ennyola0015 It's now obvious the opposition are stressing our judiciary. There lots of things in the PDP saga that doesn't even need to get to the court if these politicians are using their head and not just emotional sentiment. Wike is 10x smarter than Seyi Makinde no doubt.
