Date from a place of abundance, not deficit. If your life is already peaceful and autonomous, a partner has to be a luxurious addition, not a survival necessity.

It is completely normal to deeply love your single, autonomous life, and still have a random Tuesday where you grieve the traditional timeline you didn't choose. Two things can be true. Peace and passing sadness can coexist.

Just to be super clear - I’m not anti-men or anti-relationship at all. I love the idea of a calm, secure partnership with a man who’s doing his own inner work. I’m just choosing to stay single rather than force it or settle because of age timelines.

The greatest lie sold to women in their 20s and 30s is that marriage equals "safety." A partner doesn't cure a dysregulated nervous system. You have to build your own psychological safety first.
