Miami Police shoot, wound man across from Ultra Music Festival… The incident occurred Saturday morning around 7AM outside the YVE Hotel on Biscayne Blvd. & NE 2nd St. after officers responded to a report of a man in his 20s acting erratically. Officers attempted to de-escalate the situation, used a Taser and pepper spray, which were apparently not effective — and an officer fired at the man.
