one of my favorite small fandom observations is the difference in fic tagging that happened over the years. fics from around 2012, up until i think 2017 rarely have more than ten tags, you were navigating in completely blind while now we have almost all the body fluids listed LOL

i don't really give a shit if you want to write a character wildly ooc for an AU and you know they're ooc, go have your fun, just tag it. ao3 has an out of character tag and other character or fandom specific variations for that reason. tagging is the best
