a founder in San Francisco hired a 16-year old kid in Türkiye with no team, no office, and a portfolio of maybe four things. i don't think i've ever properly said thank you for that. Arc exists because people bet on it before there was any reason to. Arc has been solo for 1.5 years. in that 1.5 years it served more than 10+ YC startups, the fastest growing ones, and generated +$125k of revenue. me and my laptop. every site that shipped, i shipped. every 4am, i sat through alone. every time a client went quiet, i sat with that alone too. i chose it, so i'm not complaining. but nobody warns you about the other part. the wins are lonely too. you finish something you're proud of and there's no one in the room who knows what it cost. but today, it changes. @omerites is joining Arc as cofounder. i've watched him make calls i wouldn't have made and be right. new season is here.
