So many times I've seen people running in circles in order to complete tasks and make their managers happy, and I get frustrated when I notice that there's no deep understanding of WHY they're working on that project, WHY it's important.

As marketing people, we create A LOT of content, but we need to remember to stop and ask ourselves WHY.
