It’s 2026, went out to chipotle, financed my burrito through Klarna. Then I drive to the dealership and got myself a nice 15 year car loan on an American ford (still made in Mexico). Then scored a 50 year mortgage on a $750,000 1300sqft Ranch (11% interest is such a steal). Now I’m sitting in this nice house, with the ford in the garage. Eating this burrito I plan on paying off in a year, and betting on if Josh Allen is gonna trip on this play. Life is good.

The Battlefield community is actually one of the worst I’ve ever seen. I mean you’ve got people who have dedicated several years of their lives to BF, just to have their opinions watered down to “Get good COD kiddie”. Several years of streaming and content creation. Several years of voicing valid opinions and criticisms for their favorite franchise. All of that effort and dedication, just to be called out by players who think battlefield is a military simulation and should be played like ARMA. Everyone who is better than you is a hacker. Anyone who uses the entire game to their advantage is a COD kiddie. Because you are a true battlefield player. You sit prone with a sniper getting 3 kills a match, and hop in a tank just to be blown up in the first minute you pull it. You pull out an LMG and have a 8% Global Accuracy, and you think suppressive fire is helping your team. You want a game that isn’t battlefield. You just won’t admit it. And you’re willing to take down an entire franchise because of it. Players like @EndersFPS, @FocusBF, and @OmniExxo want to make the game better for everyone, but you guys want the game to be fun for no one. You just don’t know it yet.

Its not that I expect it. Its what was presented after several months of BF Labs, and 2 betas. The only thing that needed to be patched was the egregious edge clipping causing insane momentum gain. Im more of a positional player myself in BF, but having options to slide or out maneuver an enemy with the state we were given felt balanced. It frustrates me because it seems like people want it to be nerfed MORE, which would make it feel too stationary in my opinion. You need to have some skill gap.

@omnibaddie @EndersFPS The best way to do YT starting out imo. Glad you are not only able to do that, but did it w friends and made memories. Truly happy for you and such. The statement still stands is all. You can't expect these types of fast paced hops, jumps, swings, etc in an arcade military game.

Keep the 'movement shooters and tricks' in the games *meant for it. Each game, has their quirks and gameplay decisions. BF6 =/= Quake/Titanfall.

@VeNoMzShibe @Shvok_official its not that QC isnt bad its just quake live i feel is better. QC is generally fine for dual and TDM queues. Since QPL died its been on life support tho imo. Quake live will always hover around 200-500 players.

Quake was major portion of my childhood. Then in my teen years I came back to enjoy the countless CA CTF and Freezetag servers in QL. QC came out (we all know how that went), but with it came the continuation of the QPL. Saturdays were fun as adulthood got more and more busy. It’s a shame QPL is done. It’s a shame quake is where it is right now (doom has taken its place, and I hope quake gets a refresh someday), but I bet you I can login to a US East or Central server in QL right now and recognize a majority of the names. The same names from 5-10 years ago. Quake is the game where you can think you climbed the mountain and hit the top, but then you realize there is yet another mountain to climb. Skill ceiling had no limit. It was always changing. Players were always improving. I blame @seriousquake cause that mofo finally got back in QPL and then they killed it off. I kid hes a great friend and even better player than I will ever be. Love ya buddy.

I love Quake. I hate people that played Q3A for 15 minutes on the family kitchen computer laughing at another game with historically cool movement & tech losing skill expression. Every game that comes out now, nukes everything. "Press Q to rocket jump."

Stop, you just need to shut the fuck up because you're not arguing any valid points, what so ever. Battlefield is a REALISTIC ARCADE SHOOTER WITH MILSIM ELEMENTS. Yes battlefield themselves said they want to focus on fun more than realism, where the fucks does it say realism isnt in the game??? Realism AND Milsim elements HAVE ALWAYS existed in BF. The ONLY things that classifies it into the realm of Arcade Shooter are the unrealistic elements to the game. I.E Respawns, Revives, Health Regen, Movement and Vehicles (the way they operate). We dont want this, YY, sliding, bunny hopping, drop shotting, bullshit that is in a full on Arcade shooter like COD or Apex. BF DOES NOT FOCUS ON MOVEMENT LIKE THOSE GAMES. People need to quit thinking they do. Stop trying to change shit in our games and we wouldn't have to call you out on the fuckin bullshit.
