@ronn_aa Exactly, I started doing this this year. Make sure I step out and just walk for about 1 hour 30m. Feel the air (although not fresh with all the smelling). But I'm now used to shops and places I never knew existed in my vicinity.

This seems nice on paper but is kinda abysmal that this is what we’re doing now. 10k steps takes about 1hr30 minutes or 2hours give or take. We should be able to spare these minutes or less to just try to put your brain in flow state by TOUCHING GRASSSSSSS! The best benefit of doing that no of step daily is not even in the number but in the experience of life around and feeding your mind with important things outside the 9-5 daily grind. Live life away from the screens a little. Allow calmness. Breathe good air. Stare at nature. Relish conversations w strangers and enjoy the craze/beauty of life outside the walls of your workspace. PLEASEEEEE!
