Don’t be in a hurry to build or buy any house in Nigeria for now.” When I asked her why, she responded by showing me evidence of houses that people have put up for sales. According to her, those houses were worth close to 100M or more but because people are desperate to leave the country or are going through some forms of financial hardship, they’re are willing to let go off those property for way less than the worth. Some of the owners are even ready to go for even 50M. A word is enough for the wise!!!

I worked in an all-white company where exclusion was subtle but felt. I was the only one not invited to a colleague’s wedding, I saw by the fancy haircuts at the Monday Team Meeting. Months later, two Black colleagues joined and we sat together in most team sessions.
