Both Varsity and JV pick up Opening day wins at Gladeville. Brennon Thomas goes 3 innings with 8ks and gets the win. Offense was led by Hutch Cargile,Logan Huddleston,and Angel Narvaez. Matthew Humphrey goes 3 scoreless innings for JV with the W. Back in action Thursday at MJMS

Season comes to an end in the Sectionals. Finished the season at 15-6. Runner up in the district. This group of 8th graders have set the standard for years to come. This group of young men is why coaching is fun. #ThankYou #FamilyForever

Chargers fight to score 5 in the 7th inning to beat Rockvale 6-5. This FAMILY does not quit. On to the championship tomorrow at Smyrna High 4:30. #SurviveandAdvance

Chargers pull out a tough one. Dylan Vassar and Jake Elliott get the job done on the mound. Elliott collected 2 hits. Rylan Grayson led the offense with 3 RBIs and outstanding defense in the outfield. Play tomorrow at Smyrna High School against Rockvale. 6:30. #SurviveandAdvance

Chargers pick up a win on 8th grade night. Thank you to all 8th graders who led this team to a 13-4 regular season record. 3rd place in the district. District tournament starts this week. Jobs not done!

Chargers lose a tough one to Rockvale 8-6. Lots of fight from these young men. We move to 11-4 on the season with 2 games to go. Smryna at home 4:30 tomorrow. See you there.

Chargers come from behind to win 5-4 at Siegel. Brandon Kent and Jake Elliott throw 2 scoreless innings each in relief. Angel Narvaez scored Taydre Bass in the top of the 7th to take the lead. Chargers improve to 10-2 on the season. At Rockvale on Thursday

Chargers split the day on Saturday. Big day at the plate for Jayden Garcia, Brandon Kent, Layton Wayman, and Braylen Baker. Dylan Vassar pitched 5 innings only giving up 2 runs. Chargers head into Spring Break with a record of 9-2!!

Chargers pull out the win at Stewart’s Creek 4-2. Jake Elliot gets the win. Brennon Thomas closed the last 2 innings and had 5 Ks. Dylan Vassar goes 2 for 3 with a 💣. Angel Narvaez has the big hit in the 7th to put us in the lead.

Chargers win and move to 7-1 on the season. Back in action tomorrow at Stewart’s Creek

Chargers win 17-9 today against Walter J Baird. Aaron Pedraza was 3-3 with 3 RBIs. All 9 starters collected a hit. Jayden Garcia gets the win on the mound. Chargers back in action on Monday at Lavergne. 6-1 on the season.
