@adidasEUhelp So yet again I was promised I would be contacted by a “manager” to resolve this and yet again I have had no contact. Please advise how this will be resolved

@adidasEUhelp Your customer service is clearly a shambles you are now sending me emails to inform me my order has been delivered, when at the exact same time you are informing me the order which was initially damaged, then lost is now miracously still at the depot. What is going on!?!
