Last Friday, the Federal Court of Appeal released one of the most significant constitutional decisions in decades. The Court confirmed that the federal government’s February 14, 2022 invocation of the Emergencies Act was unlawful, that statutory thresholds were not met, and that fundamental Charter rights including freedom of expression, protection against unreasonable search and seizure, were violated. It also held that the freezing of Canadians’ bank accounts was unlawful and occurred without the constitutional safeguards required in a free and democratic society. This is now the second Canadian court to reach the same conclusion. The rule of law has spoken clearly. Yet there has been no public acknowledgement, apology, or explanation from the federal government. In a Westminster parliamentary democracy, findings of this gravity engage the constitutional convention of Ministerial Responsibility. That principle holds that when ministers authorize unlawful action or preside over serious failures of governance, they are expected to accept responsibility, including resignation from Cabinet. Seven members of the current Cabinet participated in the February 14, 2022 decision. Respect for constitutional norms and democratic accountability now requires that they resign from Cabinet: - Dominic LeBlanc - Mélanie Joly - François-Philippe Champagne - Anita Anand - Patty Hajdu - Marc Miller - Sean Fraser Canada's democracy depends not only on the exercise of power, but on the willingness to relinquish it when the law has been breached.

I saved a lot of evidence from the POEC but this morning I am going to share with you the (very poorly) handwritten notes from PM wannabe Chrystia Freeland. This should provide some insight as to how she really feels about everyday, hardworking Canadians who just wanted to feed their families….

Interesting take on the Trump talk about Canada, Greenland, Panama "Trump is rejecting to further raise conflicts with the most obvious 'enemies'- 🇷🇺,🇨🇳,🇮🇷. He is instead diverting the public by providing new targets- 🇨🇦,🇬🇱,🇵🇦." Apparently Reagan used a similar tactic re: USSR

"We have reports that you've made some comments that are offensive, obscene... from a Facebook account in your name" "You're being arrested. We can search you" *puts on rubber gloves* "Q: So am I going to be locked up for the night? A: Well, hopefully not, unless you film us!"

🚨🇬🇧 “Am I going to be locked up for the night? Do I need to bring my medications?” Welcome to 2024 Britain where The Police arrive at your home to arrest you for comments made on Facebook. As Britain descends into lawless chaos - the Governments priority clearly isn’t fixing it, but is to go after those that voice their opinion about it online. The UK is now a fascist State under authoritative totalitarian rule.

Canadian freedom lawyer John Carpay gives an informative update, 20 June 2024: The Alberta Law Society has commenced a brand new prosecution against me, over events that happened three years ago and that have already been fully dealt with by the Manitoba Law Society. During the era of lockdowns and vaccine passports, I was disgusted by the hypocrisy of politicians and bureaucrats who violated Covid rules, all while punishing – even jailing – others who violated Covid rules. Politicians and government health officials across Canada were breaking the very rules that they were imposing on Canadians. I had heard rumours about Manitoba’s premier, chief health officer and chief judge breaking Covid rules. In 2021, I hired a private investigator to see if these rumours about these three individuals were true. I was subjected to more than two years of disciplinary proceedings at the hands of the Manitoba Law Society. I was also jailed for 23 hours as part of a criminal prosecution which several lawyers (including three Crown Prosecutors) have told me was baseless and politically motivated. In 2021, when the Alberta Law Society received a complaint against me (about the surveillance of government officials in Manitoba), the Alberta Law Society told the complainant that it had delegated disciplinary matters to the Manitoba Law Society. The Alberta Law Society told the complainant that it was closing its file, and that the Manitoba Law Society had exclusive jurisdiction. Relying on this clear and unequivocal commitment from the Alberta Law Society, and believing that the only disciplinary proceedings would be the ones that I faced in Manitoba, I agreed to a lifetime ban on practicing law in Manitoba. I also paid $5,000 to the Manitoba Law Society. After the Manitoba Law Society disciplinary proceedings had concluded, and after the Crown had stayed the criminal charges (to which I did not plead guilty), I tendered my resignation to the Alberta Law Society in December 2023. One does not need to be a lawyer, or a member of any law society, in order to advocate for the Charter rights and freedoms of all Canadians. Sadly, the Alberta Law Society now refuses to accept my resignation, and has instead commenced a brand new prosecution against me, over the same issues already dealt with by the Manitoba Law Society. The Alberta Law Society is violating its written commitment to me, abusing its power, and making very poor use of the mandatory membership fees that Alberta lawyers are required to pay to the Alberta Law Society each year. I am bearing the costs of paying for my own legal defence. No Justice Centre funds have been expended or will be expended in respect of this matter. I am extremely grateful for the encouragement and financial assistance which I have personally received from good people who have supported me throughout 2023, as I defended myself against criminal charges which lawyers have described to me as baseless, malicious and politically motivated. I now seek to raise $25,000 to pay for legal representation, to deal with this brand new prosecution by the Alberta Law Society. For the last 25 years, I’ve dedicated my legal career to defending the Charter rights and freedoms of all Canadians. I am covering all of my legal costs personally. When the current legal matters with the Alberta Law Society are concluded, I will shut down this GiveSendGo website. If there are any excess funds raised for my legal defence, I will donate them to the Justice Centre. I will continue to defend freedom in Canada vigorously and without apology. Will you make a contribution towards my legal defence? With gratitude, John Carpay, B.A., LL.B. Calgary, Alberta, Canada givesendgo.com/G9RHT

Do the tetanus vaccines used in the United States stop infection and transmission of the tetanus bacterium? Answer: No. First, as explained by the CDC: “Tetanus ... does not spread from person to person.”* Thus, a vaccine cannot prevent transmission of something that is not transmitted person to person. Second, it is a toxoid vaccine, which means each vaccine vial contains antigens to a toxin sometimes released by the tetanus bacterium but does not include any antigens to the tetanus bacterium itself. This means that it does not create any immunity to the tetanus bacterium and, at best, may create some level of immunity to a toxin this bacterium sometimes releases. In any event, any immunity from the tetanus vaccine wanes rapidly -- even after six doses in childhood! -- which is why the CDC recommends revaccination every 10 years during adulthood. (It is also noteworthy that according to the CDC, at least 37% of adults do not follow this schedule.)** So, does that mean inactivated polio vaccines, pertussis vaccines, meningococcal vaccines, and tetanus vaccines are not “vaccines”? (see prior posts regarding each of these vaccines) Sources: *cdc.gov/tetanus/about/… **cdc.gov/vaccines/imz-m…; cdc.gov/vaccines/sched… Btw, the clinical trials for DTaP vaccines (which includes the tetanus vaccine), injected into babies at 2, 4, 6 and 15 months and again at 4 years of age, show that these vaccines were never properly safety tested prior to licensure. --Infanrix (GSK) licensed for babies based on trials with no placebo control (DTP vaccine used as a control) & up to 30 days of safety review after injection. --Daptacel (Sanofi) licensed for babies based on trials with no placebo control (DT or DTP vaccine used as control) & 2 months of safety review after injection except one trial which was 6 months with no control, 1,454 children and “[w]ithin 30 days following any dose of DAPTACEL, 3.9% subjects reported at least one serious adverse event.” Note that DTP vaccine (used as the control in DTaP vaccine trials) was not tested in a placebo-controlled trial and studies roundly show DTP vaccine increases overall mortality, see icandecide.org/wp-content/upl… Sources: fda.gov/media/75157/do…… (See Section 6.1 of Infanrix package insert); fda.gov/media/74035/do…… (See Section 6.1 of Daptacel package insert); fda.gov/safety/reporti…… (FDA definition of “serious adverse event”); cdc.gov/vaccines/sched……‌hcp/imz/child-adolescent.html (childhood vaccine schedule).

Our report with @josephmhickey about the bad science introduced by Fisman et al., and the potential for the Fisman et al. errors to cause significant harm, today was posted as a Comment at the journal: journals.plos.org/plosone/articl…
Denis Rancourt tweet media
Denis Rancourt@denisrancourt

correlation-canada.org/comment-on-fis… NEW: Today's CORRELATION report by @josephmhickey and @denisrancourt proves that modeling claims by FISMAN ET AL. - based on an ad hoc mathematical construction (ψ) - that unvaccinated people contribute disproportionately (ψ-fold) to the infection risk of vaccinated people are rigorously incorrect. The false claims have a demonstrated potential to cause harm by encouraging overly aggressive public health policies and interventions. The incorrect construct ψ was first introduced and applied by Fisman et al. in an April 2022 article in the Canadian Medical Association Journal and repeated by Fisman et al. in an April 2024 article in PLOS ONE. Rancourt and Hickey have written to the editors of PLOS ONE alerting them of the errors in the paper that could cause harm if left uncorrected.
