@TonyPannWBAL Any chance you can move these snow storms to maybe a Monday or Tuesday? It would help us restaurant people out. Please & Thank you.

Weekend Storm Update. What we can say right now (Tuesday): There will likely be a storm near the East Coast. What we can't say right now: How much snow Baltimore will (or will not) get. This is a different kind of storm than the one we just had. So, sleet/freezing rain is less likely. Snow or No snow. The GFS Ens right now has the probability of Baltimore getting at least 6" of snow this weekend at 30-40%. 👇 Stay tuned...❄️🚂

Light rain here on the WBAL TV Weather Veranda (Baltimore City) at 9:15 PM. No worries Snowhounds! 😁 If it's raining where you are, it will quickly change to snow in the next few hours. Stay tuned...❄️🚂

@onebigsteak Brunch feels like more than food, it’s a way to slow down and connect with people. Do you have a go-to dish that makes it worth it?

Let’s settle this: Is brunch overrated? Or is it a sacred weekend ritual? I've worked enough brunch services that I could go without it for the rest of my life!

One of the good guys. Best crew a Capt could ever ask for. He wasn’t on the show but behind the scenes he was irreplaceable. Fair winds and following seas my friend 💔💔💔 RIP Stephen 🤙🏻🤙🏻 we will fish together again someday #wickedtuna

The top was prime. The bottom was choice. Finding the bottom one was like finding money lying on the ground.

Is a steak graded prime worth the extra money? You pay about 33% more than a choice steak for prime. Many times I’ve seen better marbling in choice cuts and many times I’ve seen cuts graded prime that had disappointing marbling or texture. Firm steaks are always tougher so go by the marbling and how squishy the steak is and you’ve made the right choice, 99% of the time. I will say, though, that of the top five steaks I’ve ever had, three of them were graded prime and the other two were Wagyu. If you want the best steak of your life, it’s most likely going to be prime so my answer is yes, it is worth the extra money, but don’t just buy the grade, buy the marbling and the texture. One of the steaks below was graded prime and one was graded choice. But which was which? Answer ⬇️
