For any other ripped off Many Pets customers - this appears to be their automatic response and it doesn’t lead anywhere. Told me it could take up to 8 weeks to resolve a complaint- I’ve already waited 8 weeks and claim hasn’t even been looked at yet. @BBCWatchdog

@manypets_uk almost 4 months for a claim to be paid and still waiting.. I could forgive the 3 month delay last time when I slipped through the cracks but again? Your an appalling company to deal with and am hoping you pay the 4 months interest on my credit card. Shocking!

@manypets_uk put in my 1st claim with you (as a brand new customer) on March 12. Checking the 'progress' I can see its not even with a claim handler yet. And now I need to add subsequent costs to it. Looking at your reviews it seems lengthy waits are standard. Disappointing.

Hey @manypets_uk are you still trading? 2 months since claim submitted and still not assessed yet a subsequent smaller claim was settled in 24hrs - so not being assessed in date order!

@manypets_uk my claim from January is ‘still in the queue’. Have tried calling numerous times - been on hold for hours then call dropped!! Really not good enough. Service used to be fantastic but not any more!
