Do backward integration You can now set up your farm, make it beautiful, don’t build just anything, follow specifications, add aesthetic so the farm staff will love to stay, farm staff works 24hours, this is 21st century, break it down, assign working hours and introduce shifts, don’t overwork them, let where they sleep feel comfortable, make sure you can sleep where you have provided for them to sleep, put all safety measures in place To be continued…
