@RoyalMailHelp Many thanks, however why call it 48hr tracked & 5 + days isn't satisfactory. Arriving soon isn't acceptable. This is extremely urgent & needed to be actioned & returned by Wednesday this week.

@RoyalMailHelp Thanks. I've put in a claim with my pictures but assume we'll only get the cost of a stamp back. But it looks extremely suspicious and unlike anything I've seen before eg when caught on another item or sorting machine. I will retain the envelope.

@RoyalMailHelp why did I get an email saying my parcel is due for delivery today, but now the tracking says it is in transit from the Bristol depot (suggesting it hasn't actually made it to my local depot as it should have!)?

@RoyalMailHelp Thank you - I have now sent a DM explaining the incident in more detail, including time of the incident and the truck registration number, and have attached video evidence. You will see from the video that the truck was so close to another car, that it cannot be seen at the start
