This is just a historical fallacy. The biggest claim to Fame for enslaved "building America" is the White House version one, right? 200 enslaved men and between 400-500 white men built it. Not all slaves, not mostly slaves. The built completely by slaves thing is a false narrative. But they did make makor contributions to the first construction. Then, the War of 1812 happened. The White House was burned down. Reconstruction was between 1814-1817 - 50-80 enslaved men worked on reconstruction. And 400 free men, mostly white. Hard Facts. Again, not built by salves, and this time not major contribution, a much smaller one. Then there's the South. Hugely agrarian, not well developed until long after slavery. In terms of all the major cities you see today throughout the South, they were not the same metropolises during the time of slavery. The Northern States? Never had slaves, only freed slaves, actually. After the deal with Jefferson and Napoleon we purchased the West. Western territories and States never had slaves. Lastly, All the real God awful things that happened to the black man post slavery? Study history man, the Democratic party is directly responsible for it all. The Republican party has been fighting for black people since Jim Crow. And it's still fighting for you. But, and I'm not trying to be racist with this, I'm just stating historical facts, black people did not specifically build America. That is just a false statement.

This tick crisis is getting out of hand and it’s going to be almost impossible to avoid if you are in these areas - The black speck all the way to the right is pepper - The speck in the middle is a grain of salt - That tiny speck to the left, that’s a tick Here’s everything that’s being effected Northeast highest activity overall Connecticut especially high submission rates with 40% Lyme-positive ticks New York Pennsylvania leads in Lyme cases Massachusetts Maine New Jersey Vermont New Hampshire Rhode Island: ER visits for tick bites are at record highs for this time of year Upper Midwest Michigan Lyme cases rising sharply Wisconsin Minnesota significant increases in tick activity and related illnesses Mid-Atlantic states Virginia Maryland West Virginia Delaware strong populations of blacklegged and lone star ticks Parts of the Southeast and South Georgia Texas North Carolina Expanding to gulf coast area Also Ohio Illinois Scattered reports in California and Florida Isn’t it amazing that Lyme disease rates from ticks are skyrocketing right when Pfizer is working on a a Lyme disease vaccine

Vegan: "Humans aren't designed to eat meat. Look at our teeth!" Humans: - Stomach acid pH 1.5 (same as vultures) - Small cecum (can't ferment cellulose like herbivores) - Short digestive tract (carnivore trait) - Forward-facing eyes (predator trait) - Ability to throw spears accurately (unique hunting adaptation) - Opposable thumbs and tool-making hands (the teeth we built externally) - Sweat glands evolved for persistence hunting - Shoulders biomechanically built for throwing - Brain requiring 25% of daily energy (built on animal fats) - Near-zero B12 production (must come from animal food) - Almost no amylase compared to grain-eating species - Pointed canine teeth (in literally every human mouth) - Ketogenic metabolism (we run on fat, badly on excess fructose) - Liver that converts protein to glucose on demand (carbs not required) - Bile production rivalling actual carnivores - Heme iron absorption pathway absent in any true herbivore Look at our teeth, yes. Then look at everything attached to them.

These queen ants (specifically giant African harvester ants, Messor cephalotes) are highly prized in the growing global ant-keeping hobby. A single fertilized queen can found an entire colony—laying eggs that grow into thousands of workers, soldiers, etc.—and live for decades. Enthusiasts keep them in clear formicariums (ant farms) to watch the "superorganism" behavior: tunneling, foraging, and colony-building in real time. They're large, striking red ants native to East Africa, rare in the pet trade, which drives black-market prices up to $200+ each. Legal export requires permits, so smuggling is common.

Forget smuggling cocaine or ivory, the money's now in... ants! Kenyan authorities arrested a Chinese man trying to take 2,200 live ants in his luggage. Sounds wild, but these are queens valued at about $225 each

You just pointed out nitrite no2^- in processed meats. bacon ham etc... As preservatives they can break down into nitrosamines, which are carcinogenic... That is not nitrate no3^- which is a nutrient and in some body chemistries just neutral for most an antioxidant. They are both polyatomic ions, but very different chemicals. One less oxygen atom makes all the difference. Much like hypochlorite clo^-, bleach your your whites safely. Perchlorate clo4^-, so fucking toxic and corrosive we never realistically pull off Mars ... #chemistry

"Bacon contains nitrites and nitrites cause cancer." A 100g portion of bacon contains roughly 5.5 mg of nitrate. A 100g portion of spinach contains roughly 741 mg. Spinach has approximately 130 times more of the substance bacon is being prosecuted for. Around 80 percent of dietary nitrate in the human diet comes from vegetables. The leafy salad your dietitian recommends is, by mass, a nitrate delivery system that makes a rasher look like a rounding error. The standard rebuttal is that vegetable nitrates are different. They are not. The exact same molecule, absorbed in the exact same gut, recirculates through the exact same salivary glands, gets reduced to nitrite by the exact same bacteria on the back of the tongue, and ends up in the exact same stomach. The pathway is called the enterosalivary circulation. It is how your body makes nitric oxide. It is the basis of every beetroot pre-workout product on the shelf. The absolute increase in colorectal cancer risk from 50g of processed meat per day is roughly 0.7 percentage points over a lifetime. One in twenty-five becomes one in twenty-one. Only if you eat that much, every day, for the rest of your life. The molecule isn't the problem. The framing is. Eat the bacon.

Everyone alive has millions of parasites. Anyone claiming otherwise doesn't know anything about them. It takes an 8oz bottle for one 6 week cleanse (if I remember correctly), so I'd get a 16oz at least for 2 tours a year. But I take many many different cleanse protocols. I've used Diamond G brand with no problems.

Muslims in Florida are reportedly outraged and threatening to leave the state if Gov. Ron DeSantis bans cousin marriage. “Cousin marriage is part of our culture. Banning it would be Islamophobia. We will have no choice but to leave Florida!” Thoughts?

@iontecs_pemf After I read through your posts about the toxo... life cycle, oof. I not only keep a zoo, but I have rats socialized with cats and a dog. And, it's a cuddle puddle up in here. So, I need to get up on it. Twice a year sounds like a plan. Diamond G brand, thanks for the tip!
