They don't seem to understand the context or meaning at all. 📍Initially, someone posted about being prevented from using the restroom by security guards. The post mentioned Engfa's real name, Engfa, and alluded to celebrities having privileged access to the restroom while the general public lacked it. This sparked a controversy, with people attacking Engfa. Engfa later clarified the situation, stating that she hadn't used the restroom, but was waiting by the elevator to go home. She emphasized that she was unaware of the incident, that other artists used the restroom, and that the security guard wasn't hers. She stressed that "mentioning my name didn't tarnish my image at all. The original post simply misled people into believing that the general public couldn't use the restroom alongside artists, when in reality, artists didn't even use it, and the security guard wasn't directly affiliated with any of them. Most importantly, I didn't see or participate in the incident. Despite this, I'm still clarifying and apologizing. Normally, I use the restroom without any problems. This is a brief summary of the events from the first post. Then, another post appeared, claiming not to be a fan of the other artist. It's not about being a fan or not, but it's something that shouldn't be done; if you see it, you should warn against it, not encourage it. This new post quoted a fake news drama that led to Engfa being attacked, by quoting and recounting an experience in the restroom with another artist and mentioning and praising that artist by name. The significant implication is a comparison to the fake news drama involving another artist. And Engfa's post said: “We can fully appreciate others; that's a good thing. However, before sharing posts that compare or belittle other artists without knowing the facts, you might be promoting and spreading misinformation. In this day and age, it's time to move beyond simply appreciating someone without mentioning others. From an artist's perspective, such actions aren't something to be proud of.” Many of you (not all) commented thanking and praising your favorite artist on that post, but no one warned about the lack of manners and appropriateness. The issue of fan news and misunderstandings/fake news is that it wasn't a real event involving Engfa that should have been shared. It shouldn't have been presented as a positive moment or experience for someone else. You should have told the original poster not to use your favorite artist's name to fuel other people's drama. And Engfa came out to defend herself and warned that account not to involve other artists. She not only defended herself, but also the third-party artist. The artist warned the poster not to drag a third party into it. Even if it was a post praising someone, that post was a quoted tweet about fake news and drama. It's inappropriate. Mentioning a third party in another person's drama post is something your fandom should understand. Neither artist is at fault; the one who should be warned and reprimanded is the original poster who distorted the facts, causing misunderstanding and leading to attacks.
