Yesterday I was watching a documentary on China. Chinese People's party send more than 10000 of its core members to Harvard for higher studies so that they understand and bring back relevant knowledge to their country. In a similar way, Dalits should now look beyond IIT/IIMs and start pursuing higher education in IVY League colleges all over the world. Governments will sponsor such bright students.
