1/3 Hi @plutus @Plutus_Support, I’ve had an open support ticket (#396107) regarding missing PLUS/BETA payouts since February 4th 2026. Unfortunately, I still haven’t received a meaningful update after more than 4 months.

@3arL_3nD @RattyDAVE @sx23296 @plutus The OP is a bot so you can’t rely on his comment. But it’s not fud to say they don’t have a card provider. You also have to maintain a subscription to access your account that you can’t use, even if you have money on it and the rewards aren’t withdrawable. Seems pretty scammy.

But it is a waste of time to talk with you, because the only things i read from you is fud and hate comments. Can't you finally do something more important than belittling the honest work done on this project?

@onlychillnft @plusmorexyz @plutus The accepted that the beta payout was incorrect and that the live chain GWG would be given. But radio silence since. Don’t know why a company would offer something to say thank you and then not give it to the loyal customers they were trying to say thank you to.

Hey @plusmorexyz is there any update on when the GWG given to @plutus @Plutus_Support customers at the beginning of the year? Last I heard we would now connect our wallets but that is still showing on your website as available later in March. We are now mid April and no update.

Your accumulated rewards are not going anywhere. The migration is a temporary process, and once complete, you'll be able to use your rewards as before. The subscription keeps your perks and reward tiers active so nothing is lost during the transition. Card functionality and payout processing are being restored as part of the Q1 migration rollout.
