Makestar is a korean company, fansigns are catered to all fans (regardless local or foreigner) despite its location. Not defending the organizer but its likely they just copy and paste the format the description for all fansigns. So... don't expect much.

@wichuland correct me if im wrong or misunderstanding your sentence, but as you said, not all sgeans have passports since its not given automatically and we would need to apply ourselves for one. so doesnt that mean our NRIC card would still be eligible as an identification to apply?
