Told no Morphine whilst in AAU, told nurses are on a break, we can't get this you. Then denied it once confronted. It did happen. It's happening right here and now to patients. Multiple complaints made to you over the last 10 years and you're getting worse.

Have you not learnt lessons from the death of sickle patients. Chestnut ward. Why is he calling out in pain for 5 hours, NO ONE came. He just told you he does not want to die! 5 hours wait for morphine, on a ward! We want answers and better treatment. Apologies are not enough
