@starsjaded this is a kids show yk, reading too much into dynamics and putting such huge labels on things isnt the right move, its clearly more like exaggerated cartoon flirting, and the show still portrays ladybug as fully in control of the dynamic

can we talk about the countless amount of times that chat noir flirts with ladybug when she tells him to stop multiple times and he just. keeps doing it and plays it off like a joke when there have been a few times were it felt like sexual harassment. ik felix was bad but cmon.

J'adore comment certains se permettent de donner des leçons alors qu'en même temps, ils montrent qu'ils n'ont rien compris aux personnages. Idée folle: et si Adrien n'avait pas été sidelined parce qu'on ne savait pas l'écrire, mais parce que l'histoire le nécessitait?

I feel like the episodes where Adrien had more focus in S6 are more of the better episodes, it’s clear they are finding how to write him (as he wa very much sidelined), and finally know how to write him, whereas Cat Noir they always knew the direction of his character they took

@pixzeh can’t disagree that it is wrong to behave like that in real life but i think it lifts the blame from adrien and marinette when we consider the “fiction” factor that used to be in the show more, theyre not bad ppl the writers literally made them like this for writing purposes
