Brick by Brick, Layer by Layer March 2025 vs July 2025 147kg vs 100/101kg 324 pounds vs 224 pounds 5 months of eating clean, staying consistent everyday, 20k steps daily & serious discipline 5 months later, 100 pounds down (47kg down) Wasn’t easy at all, but was so worth it

Best thing I’ve ever done for myself this year was get into shape, cause how do I have a casting call for a modelling job in Canada. Getting in shape changed my life
